Product prices, availability, descriptions, and offers may change without prior notice.
All product images are for reference purposes only. Slight variations in colour, texture, print, embroidery, or weave may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and the handcrafted nature of certain products.
Minor irregularities in weaving, embroidery, thread work, or texture are not considered defects and are part of the uniqueness of handmade and artisanal sarees.
Full payment must be completed before order processing and shipping.
Orders once placed and paid for cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
Orders involving fall pico, tassels, blouse stitching, pre-orders, or any customization/alteration may require additional processing time and may not be eligible for cancellation.
Products marked as “Pre-Order” may require an additional 10–15 business days for dispatch.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts.
Customers are strongly advised to record a continuous unboxing video while opening the package. Claims related to damaged, missing, or incorrect products without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.
All return, refund, replacement, and exchange requests are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling charges applicable in their country.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion.
