Pre-Order Products

Pre-order products may take approximately 10–15 additional business days for dispatch, depending on production timelines and availability.
Customers placing pre-order items agree to the extended processing timeline at the time of purchase.

Customers are strongly advised to record a continuous unboxing video while opening the package.

without a proper continuous unboxing video may not be accepted.
Order Cancellation
