Due to the handcrafted and delicate nature of our products, we maintain a strict No Return, No Refund, and No Exchange Policy once an order has been confirmed and shipped.

Colour Variation Disclaimer
Slight colour variations may occur due to:

Studio lighting

Photography

Mobile/monitor display settings
Such minor variations are natural and will not be considered defects or valid reasons for return, refund, or exchange.
Handloom & Handmade Irregularities
Minor weaving irregularities, thread variations, texture differences, embroidery variations, or handcrafted imperfections are part of the uniqueness of artisanal and handmade sarees and should not be treated as defects.
Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
Orders involving:

Fall pico
-
Tassels
-
Blouse stitching

Any customization or alteration
may not be eligible for cancellation once processing has started.
Damaged / Incorrect Product Claims
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following:

Continuous unboxing video starting before opening the package

Clear photos/videos of:

Outer packaging

Shipping label

Damaged/incorrect product

Claims raised without a proper continuous unboxing video may not be accepted.
Our team will review the claim within 2–5 business days after receiving complete evidence. Approval of replacement/refund requests is subject to verification by our quality team.
If approved, we may offer:

Replacement of the product, or

Store credit, or
-
Refund
at the sole discretion of Qiyara Sarees.
Qiyara Sarees reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet the above conditions.
Non-Eligible Cases
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

Minor colour differences

Change of mind

Delayed delivery caused by courier partners

Incorrect size expectations where measurements were already provided

Minor weaving, embroidery, print, or texture irregularities

Products damaged after use

Orders refused at delivery

International customs charges or import duties
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping charges, customs duties, COD handling charges, and payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable.
