Due to the delicate nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped.

Colour variation may occur due to lighting and screen resolution. This will not be considered a defect.
In case of damage during transit
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

- Opening video of the product with visible damage

Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
We will review your case and, if approved, arrange a return.
